- Entities not owned, managed, or employed by IHA Telephony Private Limited.
- You have submitted all supporting documentation with your request.
- The claim is not related to a billing issue caused by your bank or payment provider.
- You have not used the delivered services/information for personal, financial, or professional gain.
- Your arguments for refund are valid, reasonable, and backed by evidence.
- Development or post-sale operations have not yet started.
- The issue is beyond rectification, repair, or rework.
- You have complied with our payment terms and policies.
⚠️ Important: If any of the above conditions are violated, your refund request may be declared invalid. All refund decisions made by IHA Telephony Private Limited are final and binding.
- Each refund request is reviewed and verified for authenticity.
- We aim to resolve the issue within reasonable and standard parameters.
- If eligible, a full or partial refund will be initiated.
- You must adhere to the agreed terms and delete any shared files or communication records, unless otherwise instructed.
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency.
- If currency conversion is involved, exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges may cause a difference in the refunded amount.
- IHA Telephony Private Limited is not responsible for any third-party fees or losses due to exchange rate changes.
