We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and pipeline growth in the B2B SaaS space. This role focuses on cold outreach, starting meaningful conversations, qualifying potential customers, and booking meetings for the sales team. You will work with clear targets, structured processes, and performance-driven goals. What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach daily
- Identify and qualify potential B2B prospects
- Start conversations with decision-makers
- Schedule product demos and meetings
- Maintain CRM with accurate activity updates
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
- Achieve weekly and monthly pipeline targets
